Every membership starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs nothing.

7-day money-back on the first charge

If your trial converts to a paid plan and you change your mind, you may request a refund of that first paid charge within 7 days of being billed. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

How to request

2. Include the charge date and your plan.
3. We confirm and process eligible refunds promptly.

After the first period

Renewals beyond the first paid period are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the current period.
