1. Who we are
Nuvia (nuvia.video) is operated by Kestrel Markets Media Ltd, registered at Kerkionos 1A, Apt 304, 1036 Nicosia, Cyprus. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Nuvia is a web-based subscription video product that publishes a daily ranked set of market briefings and an archive. Six preview picks are free each day; the remaining briefings and the archive require an active trial or membership.

Kestrel Markets Media Ltd is not a licensed or regulated investment adviser, no adviser or fiduciary relationship is created, and nothing on the site is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. 3. Trial, renewal & cancellation
- Memberships begin with a 7-day free trial.
- After the trial, your plan renews automatically — $11.99 / month or $119.00 / year — until cancelled.
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. Cancellation ends future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use & account sharing
Membership is for personal use by the account holder. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly perform the briefings, or share your credentials beyond personal use.
5. Intellectual property
Briefings and site content are owned by Kestrel Markets Media Ltd or its contributors and are licensed to you for personal viewing only.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Kestrel Markets Media Ltd is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the content, which is informational only.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Cyprus.
